Started off with a call to gauge interest then scheduled a technical interview. The technical interview focuses on a lot of topics that require memorization. Not totally accurate as everyone in this field looks up information, and most do not just have everything available top of mind.

The Interview seemed predetermined. I should have know some thing was up when the HR person wished me luck. The interviewer was from St Petersburg. He seemed distracted and was surfing the web during the interview. At one time a video played over our conversation. He asked technical and psychological questions as thou reading from a form. It is difficult to interview when the interviewer is distracted.

Friendly and polite staff. Got a responce of each step of the interview within a week. The interview was held remotely. Haven't explained the reason for not hiring me though. The hr manager said nothing about the last interview in German. The conversstion with hrs was in Russian.
