Salary discussion Applied through online in LinkedIn, got selected for the rounds of interview through mail. Had video call interview with hr, following by all phone calls done almost within a week. There were 4 rounds of interview and the entire process has ended within a week.

1. Got a call out of no where at around 8pm on a weekend night for a telephonic interview(which is absolutely not the right time). Went for around 15min about basic introduction and scheduled my second video interview round(20min) the next day. 2. Interviewer was 20 min late for my interview and they had no clue about my past work experience and skills and starts asking me about my introduction again*(which I answered). It felt like I am talking to a wall (* They could have just had another telephonic interview if it was an one way video interview*). It's a complete unstructured interview. 3. There was a zero engagement with me. HR seemed like they were doing a favor for me. I asked a few set of questions which I can clearly say, they didn't had an answer. 4. Work culture : Pressurised work culture & Told that its 11am - 8pm (+ overtime in some cases) with a week off. Perks and benefits depends if you survive in this work culture( which I thought is not right fit for me as there is zero work life balance in in this toxic culture). Felt that retention rate of employees here is very low. Considering above and some other factors from various sources. I rejected the offer. Caution : Don't take decisions overnight & accept the offer. Consider your growth before applying in this organization.

Just be bold and confident throughout the interview even if you dont know the answers. Try to manage the situation. Just youtube it and rehearsal it as many times as you want till you are fluent and confident.
