Interview
Three rounds. 1st with team leader, 2nd with team lead's supervisor, 3rd with COO. The first two rounds were as expected, professional and transparent. The 2nd round was particularly meaningful.

Question 1
One of the questions in the last round was whether I am a leader or a follower. It seems to be an uninformative question to either parties of the conversation. It is unlikely anyone would respond that they are a follower but the interviewer failed to see it would be more constructive to ask about one's leadership experience directly.
