Interview

Applied online, recruiter reached out within the week. During the interview, recruiter did make some questionable racial/cultural remark. Was told I was qualified (if not over) and they would reach out within a week or two. I emailed 3 times for follow up (as directed by the recruiter). Never got a reply. Pretty unprofessional.

The interview was a phone call set up through email and LinkedIn. The interviewer was very kind, although I didn’t fit their needs, I felt welcomed. It was also very quick, so they didn’t try to waste my time.
