Interview
1. Phone call - 30mins - mostly tech back ground, what they do, and some basic C/C++ Qs
2. Programming test 4-5hrs
- Interesting challenge. Required a refresh on my core programming skills
3. Face to face
- Much more about culture and fit for both sides
