The interview is run in a simple three part format. A pre interview starts everything off, the manager meets with the applicant one on one to get a better feel for them and to allow others who aren't interested or don't feel right about the position leave. The remaining people then go through the group part of the interview, which literally explains every aspect of the position. The layout is Introduction, Company, Product, Market, Pay, Training and Perks. Each section goes into extreme detail. Questions are asked throughout and that leads into the post, where applicants are again seen one on one and the manager asks more questions, one on one, in order to better determine if the applicant is a good fit. By the end of the post , the applicant will know whether or not they will be offered a position and if they are offered a position, they will then be set for training.
