I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Vector Marketing (Fayetteville, NC) in Apr 2015
Interview
Applied via Craigslist, had to call a phone # and leave a voicemail describing why I'd be a good fit for the company. Manager called me a few weeks later to set up an interview for the next day. The interview was pretty short and simple, he just asked a few basic questions and told me about the company and the job description, then had me read a script to test my phone voice.

I applied in-person. I interviewed at Vector Marketing (Paramus, NJ) in May 2016
Interview
Over the phone, they're going to make it seem like you NEED to come in asap or else they'll fill the positions. In reality, they'll pretty much take anyone. the only people I've seen them turn away are people who don't appear to be from middle class / well-to-do families (they want people who's families will buy their products)
