2 stage interview. First is a 10-minute chat with Vas, then they invite you for an observation day where you take notes and they talk about how everything works.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Vas Promotions (Birmingham, England) in Dec 2019
Interview
Briefly described the what would happen on the job, asked if that was something I would be interested in. Not really an interview so much as a sessions to inform me of what the role would be.

Interview
Do not bother applying to this company as it is a multi level marketing scheme (MLM). From the offer I received to go in for first interview, I had an odd feeling about Vas promotions. I couldn’t find any of the work or clients they had worked with, no photos of the team or office (at least that looked real). All I could find was an Instagram account filled with photos of facetal and inspirational quotes. When I turned up to the interview, about 10 people waiting in the waiting room where techno-y/dance music was playing really loudly. I just found it really bizarre. I was then called in by the CEO and we had a two minute chat in which he gave me an extremely vague description of what they did, their clients ( Starbucks, virgin media, talk talk - which I found extremely busy are as I hadn’t found anything online about them, or the work Vas promotions had done with these brands). I didn’t really speak about myself at all but was somehow called back to comment on the Saturday at 8 AM to “meet the team”. I have done further research in the meantime and found out about a I have done for the research in the meantime and found out about a practice called MLM (look it up on google). Decided not to go for a second interview so as not to waste my time.
