Interview
There are 2- 3 rounds of interviews the first is a one-way video interview you answer the questions, then it's by Microsoft Teams, very nice It was a nice experience I enjoyed role playing so the company could really get a feel for how I would interact with a customer. I would say do your research, look up the company its values etc.

I met with a senior manager for about 20 minutes. She offered me the position at the end of the interview. The questions were relatively easy ones to answer. Relaxed environment and vibe.
