The interview process was simple to follow, with great communication throughout. When there was a mix up with scheduling (my fault), my interviewer called me to help me get to the right location online. I found both the phone interviewer and the online interviewer to be positive and encouraging during the interview process. I was pleased that opportunities for tutoring in different subjects were presented as possibilities with questions geared towards assessing my ability in those areas.
