Very straightforward and allows you to be yourself when discussing the mock calls. Very friendly interviewers as well. Without having prior experience, interviewer was able to notice and give me the opportunity to reevaluate my approach to handling the mock call scenario and reach a better result.

It was challenging yet I manage to be spontaneous with my answer and eventually passed the final interview. Right after the interview a job offer was sent to me and I finally accepted and set up my ADP account
