I applied for a technical recruiter role, a couple of days later they sent me a generic automatic email saying they wanted to move forward with the process and they sent me to an online evaluation which consisted of two questions you had to reply in video format and two written questions. This step felt completely impersonal and awkward, the questions were super generic and the last question was the expected salary which was already required in the application form. They rejected me through an non-reply email and with 0 feedback.
