I went through a video interview with pre-recorded questions and my answers were recorded. I was then called for a phone screening and then invited for a face-to-face interview.

Interview
I completed a phone interview, which was pretty standard. After that, they sent me a link to KIRA, in which I was presented with a pre-recorded video prompt and then my verbal responses were recorded with video. After that, I was invited for a face-to-face interview over lunch. When they made the offer I had to complete a background check and submit the usual paperwork. There was about a week in between each phase of the process, so it took roughly a month.
