Interview
Phone screen to briefly see eligibility, then Skype interview about an hour long one on one. There was a lot of skills checking and questions based on subjects I said I could tutor. The questions were slightly difficult, but the interviewer was very understanding. They hired me for all subjects for which I successfully passed the tests, and ensured me that I could add more subjects later on.

I applied online and then they set up an interview with me. The interviewer's questions were straightforward and I also got to ask questions about the job. There was clear follow up on the next steps in the interview process.

Interview
The interview is performed in online/ remote setting.
You have to record yourself and you are given two tries to answer few questions asked.
There is a practice question to get you going.
There was no interview process. We just got offer letters and I think its because they are still starting and up and all. But I think its a great opportunity to learn and teach.
