3 step interview with the first being a recruiter, then a second manager, and the third then manager and another person. It was very friendly and welcoming environment. They made sure that I felt comfortable while interviewing. They gave me a fair chance at the interviewing for someone who is not in technology.

Recruiter reached out to me for final interview, I went to it and crushed it. My recruiter Anthony Secret was out on vacation when I did my interview. I found this out because I emailed him to let him know it went well. In his email he had tagged Juliette Belger as a point of contact. I reached out to her while he was out and she said she would keep me posted. I found out that I didn't get the job from an automated email from Jobvite. Still to this day, I haven't received a call from a Varonis employee. This has left a very bad impression considering I made it to the final interview and no one called to tell me I didn't get the position.
