Interview
The first interview was through a recruiter, where it's an intro call, getting to know a little about your background and why you're interested in sales. The second interview was with an SDR manager, diving deeper into your background and answering typical sales interview questions. Last interview started off with a mock phone call, a prospecting assignment you bring with you and have finished before, and typical sales questions to close it off.
It was pretty laid-back. I spoke with a recruiter over the phone for the first stage. The second stage was with three manager-level team members. That was in person. The recruiter was very helpful and gave me tips before I went in.
