Die Gespräche waren hervorragend organisiert, äußerst professionell und durchweg freundlich. Besonders positiv war die schnelle, verlässliche Rückmeldung des HR-Teams, das sich engagiert gekümmert und einen sehr angenehmen, wertschätzenden Prozess geschaffen hat.

Initial recruiter video call. Basic CV discussion, past experiences, relocation possibility. Asked for relevant technologies if used in the past, how much experience i have with each technology. Didn't go beyond this call

Interview
The interview process was overall pleasant. However, the technical portion was very focused on a single, narrow Django feature (which some codebases even discourage the use of) and the same question was repeated multiple times. This structure didn't provide much opportunity to demonstrate my broader Django skills. In my experience interviewing, I find that using a variety of questions gives a better assessment of a candidate's knowledge.
