The interview process was smooth and straightforward. I felt at ease throughout thanks to the team’s friendly and professional approach. Each stage was clearly explained, and communication remained consistent right up to receiving my offer letter. From HR through to the hiring manager, everyone I interacted with was approachable and supportive. Joining the company was seamless, with an excellent induction (mine was delivered via Teams and worked brilliantly). The culture here is amazing: you never feel left out, and the support from day one has been outstanding. My manager is incredible balancing her own responsibilities while ensuring the team is supported in every way. I feel truly fortunate to be part of such a welcoming, collaborative environment.

Very casual, more just a chat than an interview for part one, Part two was a little quiz, can you match where postcodes go to consultant in the area, quite easy and then finished with a tour of the office and another chat.

Two stage interview process. First was informal but covered a range of topics specific to my experience and personality (pivotal in a people role in my opinion). Second stage was very similar, more specific to experience. Each person who interviewed me was friendly throughout, and I was thrilled to be offered (and accept!) the job
