only made it to the phone screen, short and quick thought it went well but they said I didn't have enough experience. a bit disappointed since they saw my experience on my resume before bumping me to the phone screening.

about my experiences, when I was available to start
This was honestly one of the worst interviews I've ever had having been in SaaS for 4 years. Was like speaking to a robot, reading questions off a tick sheet with 0 interest or initiative in wanting to understand the answers. Turned up late, getting distracted by messages during the interview. Zero acknowledgment of responses, just moving onto the next question. Apparently using an AI note taker so they can "focus on the conversation", yet clearly not actively listening whatsoever, or if they were they did a good job of pretending. Red flags from the get go - avoid.

I had a positive experience during the phone screening with Vanta. The recruiter was friendly, clear, and informative about the role and expectations. The process felt well-structured, and communication was prompt throughout. Overall, it was a smooth and professional initial interview experience.
