Interview with recruiter, followed by hiring manager (but was rescheduled several times with no shows due to internal miscommunication), then tried to schedule all team members, and panel presentation, was just waiting for culture interview to be scheduled as person was unavailable that week. Following panel presentation I followed up hiring manager with a question, the following week received a response that didn't acknowledge the question but thanked me for my time and wished me best of luck. Recruiter also from the start of the process didn't get back to me re question regarding benefits. Gives the impression of being quite a chaotic startup internally
