It was an online interview without an interviewer. The website presented a question and you had a limited amount of time to answer via video, so make sure you have a webcam.

What would you do if a customer was not satisfied with the service?
sat down was a nice conversation. asked more personal questions and when I was available to work. Didn't really feel like an interview so that was good. Looked like they were looking for more outgoing people.
The manager is awesome. The interview is really easy. The interview is mostly based on an online interview through their HireVue software. I really recommend applying. They are really awesome.
