Initial interview, face to face. Review of relevant experience, discuss the details of the position recruited for including career prospects. Second interview based on a case study supplied two days prior: the format was a presentation followed by questions. Third interview with senior management.

There was a lot of collegial discussion about approach to leadership, etc. and give and take about industry knowledge. Interviewers were very respectful and they took time to get to know me and my background.
