I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Vanguard (Malvern, PA) in Sept 2024
Interview
The process was very pleasant and the interviewers were all easy to converse with. I enjoyed meeting them.
1 Hiring Manager
1 Hiring Manager Peer (Semi Technical)
3 Panel Technical Interview
The panel interview was basic and delved into basics of AWS VPC, IAMS, Cloudfront, EC2 RDS and Peer connections. It was conversational so you're answering questions from memory. No the best way to judge a person's knowledge and experience with AWS. If you're knowledgeable and experienced but a bit rusty, my advice is to brush up on your AWS basics and you should be fine.
