Had a quick phone interview and then an in-person interview with 10 or 15 people all at the same time who asked me weird questions that had nothing to do with my background or education. It wasn’t my best interview but given that I had driven three hours to be there you would think I would have at least received a rejection email, but nope. No follow up from HR. Just silence.
