The interview was a video call with three people from across the valuation office agency (VOA). It was quite relaxed and very friendly. The interviewers asked questions about past experience and also expanded on the behaviours questions.

Straightforward following Civil Service guide lines and processes, Application process was not so straightforward but certainly not difficult. Following application was called for an interview and interviewed by three staff members for the specified role. Interview took circa 30 minutes or so.
