Valor Global interview questions

The interview was laid back, but I was immediately offer a position I did not apply for which felt like a bait and switch. When I explained that I was no longer interested they offered the position I initially applied to and asked me for a second interview but never followed up.

Initial phone interview then very informal face to face meeting with plenty of opportunity to ask questions, at the work location. About three to four weeks to complete the process to decision making. Currently in process.
