Interview consisted of (3) phases/rounds which included an 1) interview with the recruiter/HR. 2) Interview with the department Manager. 3) Interview with Division Lead. Each phase involved more thorough insight of the company and what it is expected for the hiring role.

Interview process: I had a phone interview with Human Resources first then met in person with the manager of the department. There was also a second interview with the director.
