Interview process took 3 rounds of interviews and a polygraph test. The whole process took about 4 weeks.
One self recorded virtual video, one with HR, and another with a panel. Virtual video interview was recording yourself talking about certain questions they had about your experience. HR interview asks basic interview questions. The team interview was a panel, and asked more challenging questions about the position and your experience.
After 3 rounds of interviews, they said they wanted to hire me but only if I passed a polygraph test. This was never mentioned at all in the hiring process or in the job description when I applied. My polygraph came back inconclusive, and because of this they decided to decline their offer.
Overall, a pretty long and frustrating experience to be told that they liked me as a candidate just to be declined because of pseudoscience.
