Multi-stage interview process. Includes questionnaire, team exercises, and individual interview. Interviews are of good length, and team portion is quite collaborative and enjoyable. Questions are not too hard, and interviewers are polite.

I had to give 3 phone interviews and I was then called in for a group interview. I had to give a presentation and 3 interviews back to back and a plant tour. At the very end they said they will most likely hire the same people they laid off in Sudbury. In my honest opinion it was a complete waste of time. They interviewed 10 people in the last interview but they already had the idea of they were going to hire. They let you think you have a chance as equal as everyone else, which is not true. They already made their decision before I could meet them.
