Intoduction of all present in interview, Background discussion with questions around applicant's previous work experience. General discussion with questions from Company, followed by job specific questions from employee. Salary expectations discussion.
Bahaviroal style questions where I tell them about different projects I've lead, how do I manage multiple projects at the same time, why Vaimo, and then they asked me if I had general questions about the company and culture.
After that, there is a case interview for round 2, and I believe a culture fit interview
It was informal. Two men conducted the interview for approximately 30mins. After which they gave the impression that I basically landed the job and then I did no even get an offer. Very misleading.
