Very professional, yet personable and relaxed. Discussed my short term and long term goals and my specific experiences that would allow me to succeed in the role. Gave me a thorough overview of the company and an idea of where we will be in a couple of years.

You go in for a first interview in the office at Victoria Park and the Danforth (Pharmacy and Danforth). This takes about 15 minutes. Then if you're asked back you're expected to shadow someone going Door to Door for a full workday. If you don't quit on them, they bring you back and sweet talk you into walking around with them for a week of unpaid training. Learning how to talk to people is fun, but you can do the same thing with Public Outreach or other companies that do Door to Door and get paid training and much better compensation through hourly pay. Should you choose to accept, you'll arrive at 8 AM (or 8:30 AM if you're new) and you'll leave at 6 or 6:30 PM. You aren't guaranteed sales or money, but you are guaranteed a very long day that's full of surprises!
