Interview
You get an initial interview and then a secondary. You'll be asked to write a paragraph or two to make sure you can read and write grammatically correct English or Spanish. Depending on when their are having the next new hire class, you'll probably get offered the job as long as you speak clearly and annunciate words properly. They thrive on high turnover so you'd have to be pretty poorly spoken to not get the job.

What would make you best qualified for this position?
I had a phone interview followed by an in person interview. The whole process was smooth, efficient and thorough. Parking was convenient, staff was helpful and interviewer was friendly and knowledgeable.

Interview
The interview process is very time consuming (about 2 hours) but not difficult. There will be a 1 on 1 interview then you will have to do an assessment of general and math related questions. There is also a second 1 on 1 much shorter interview.

Relaxed. Interviewed by a member of management. Chatted about the pandemic effect on the company. Learned many employees have requested to return to work at VTG. (Always a good sign!).
