The manager didn't seem professional and made it clear they are short staff. I noticed all the workers were going back and forth, putting people in games, and it didn't seem to be worth how much they were willing to pay. The place looked exciting and fun, but the person interviewing me seemed like he either just got the position or had no idea what he was doing.

Interview
The interview involved a brief series of questions about my work history, experience dealing with lots of people, up to and including intoxicated or agitated people, and questions about why I wanted to work there. They explained the position briefly as well. Then I was able to see the floor instructors work to get an idea of how the job flows.
