VPT interview questions

4-interview process… no recruiters, straight to the top from the start which I appreciated. I made it through 3rd round. Had excellent conversations with both executive directors and was scheduled for 4th interview with President, then would be final decision. 4th was cancelled and they decided to look for candidates in cheaper market before going completely dark on me. No response to my follow up emails. Super bummed. Seemed like good people who just don’t know how to manage hiring process. Also the price of talent is worth it in the end.
