VOBEV interview questions

You’ll be asked to do an excel assessment but actually it’s a can you read my mind assessment. The controller is an OCD perfectionist that wants nothing less than you guessed it perfection all while giving you little instruction. Then she will tell you that you did it wrong because you didn’t read her mind and complete the assessment exactly the way she wanted you to do it.

The interview was conducted via Microsoft Teams, everything was on time and smooth and it went on for almost half an hour. There were two people from the company, both very nice and professional.
