VLEAD interview questions

First of all they came to campus recruitment. They announced job description & conducted a programming test in python language. After that they have selected some number of students for interview in the campus only. After that they called selected students to their company in Hyderabad for final interview. We went but they announced result after 10 days, I have performed average in the interview, may be it is a reason for them to reject me.

On the first day, I talked to the folks who were working on the project. We had lunch together and talked about the problems and gave them the ideas about solving. After this, a panel interview was scheduled where I was asked more about my interests and why I would interested in this project.
