It was easy going, non-threating and overall a good experience. Lots of questions on combating objections. Many role playing scenarios. Some role playing. They wanted to know how well I had researched the company and what all I knew; that was important to them.

Did my homework before going to the interview. Company recently changed local sales managers. Very nice people and seems to be a good culture and an opportunity I would have enjoyed.

Phone screen, personality indicator test, face to face interview with immediate report, face to face interview with Branch Manager. 1:1 interviews were comfortable, made available to fit my schedule, informational about the company and hierarchy. Talked a lot about the challenges, benefits of my experience and knowledge of the competition. Being prepared was key in being able to answer questions intelligently.
