You will do short video of you teaching a lesson. Then you will actually teach a couple of lessons to an adult pretending to be a 5 to 12 year old student.

Interview process was relatively fun and easy if you're comfortable doing part of a mock teaching lesson. They may do it differently now, but that's what I had to do when I interviewed.

The interview process was easy, the interviewer was pleasant and we shared a few laughs. Doing the demo lesson was easy, as the lesson contact is sent to you via email a few days before you interview - which gives you enough time to prepare.

Submit a video interview following the example of the demo video. Then, you are supposed to hear back within a day or two. The next step is a live interview.
