Interview
The interview process was in depth and slightly intimidating. I had to give mock classes several times for them to be sure I was a good teacher. They approved of my teaching style and hired me very quickly though. They are very picky about their teachers.

Question 1
They asked me to teach an adult pretending to be a five year old Chinese student.
Got hired as a British speaking then cancelled as not from America which I disclosed at the first interview which I think was silly and unprofessional at the time it was during covid when this happpened.
Very lenghthy interview process, but the interviewers were nice and helpful. There were several steps to the process and it was pretty involved. I had to prepare a lesson beforehand
It was easy an straightforward. 1 interview and 2 mock classes to pass. They offer a contract for a year with option to renew after 1st contract is over. Overall the process last for about 2 weeks from the time you apply unless you are waitlisted.
