Interview
I recently had an interview with VIPkid. The interview process required an English lesson to he taught by me to the interviewer whom pretended to be a 5 year old Chinese girl. The lesson plan is we provided by the company. All I had to do was go over the lesson, prepare my presentation of the lesson and add extra props. I had a wonderful experience and moved on to the next round . So far, this has been a great experience and I’m really excited about working with VIPkid.
Got hired as a British speaking then cancelled as not from America which I disclosed at the first interview which I think was silly and unprofessional at the time it was during covid when this happpened.
Very lenghthy interview process, but the interviewers were nice and helpful. There were several steps to the process and it was pretty involved. I had to prepare a lesson beforehand
It was easy an straightforward. 1 interview and 2 mock classes to pass. They offer a contract for a year with option to renew after 1st contract is over. Overall the process last for about 2 weeks from the time you apply unless you are waitlisted.
