Rigid. Interviewers had zero personality and made it very awkward. Asked prewritten questions. Did not ask me about myself or background. Hard to get a grasp on what they are looking for and day to day demands of the role.
Lengthy to complete and onboard. There was little felixability in scheduling and was left waiting ~ 30 minutes for interviewer to walk over to meeting place to begin interview.. Took about 4 weeks from offer to 1st pay day.
Interviewer was late by 15 mins. Office was very outdated and disorganized. The group I was interviewing for, and my interview itself felt like an after thought. Never received an offer or decline.
