The interviewer showed up 30 min late. The real awkwardness started when the conversation ended in less than 2 min. Responses to "Do you have any questions" lasted 30 seconds as only one word answers were given.
VCNY should treat candidates with respect and act as professionals; it speaks volumes about the company culture. A candidate doesn't come all the way from Manhattan to the suburbs of NJ for such a unprofessional encounter.

Interview
They forgot who they have interviewed you or not before. They reached out 3 times and asking the same questions. By the 3rd time they asked oh can you refresh me on who you are.
The interview went well. Company staff is friendly. You can feel it is a busy company. They explain to me why they need to employ a production manager and I really appreciate.
