Went in for an interview at a time given by their recruiter. Made me wait around for 1:15 mins. Recruiter never mentioned you had to wait around for other interviewers to get done. I had things to do, so I left.

Quick phone introduction and in-person interview at their office. It was a full commission base position where you would have to get donations for ASPCA, they have training program to be a manager with in 6months or depending on results....

Interview
The Interview was very cordial. The CEO/President & other VPs are very down to earth. I went thru a recruiting agency. The initial Interview was face to face the company President & one of the VPs. They made me feel very relaxed.

There were no difficult or Unexpected questions. They asked me why I want to join them, my experience in shipping & forwarding. How do I schedule daily shipments, what softwares do I know, how do I plan on LTL shipments & local routing etc...
