I had a bad experience with the hiring process. They offered me a position without going through MOM assessment tool that clearly said that I wasn't eligible for employment pass. I mentioned this at the time of signing the contract. But the HR said that they will apply for an SPass if it doesn't work. My ep got rejected. They changed their statement and said that they wouldn't apply for an spass or loc. first of all they applied for the pass after 2 weeks of signing the contract. After it got rejected, they decided to retract my offer because it's not their policy to apply for spass/loc. also they didn't inform me directly. They informed the Consultants who didn't tell me anything about it. I came to know about it after 2 weeks when I called them directly. By that time, I resigned from the last job, even served the notice period and left it. I denied other offers. Even I moved my house nearer to the job location. Now I'm left with nothing. Extremely terrible hiring experience.
