Asked to attend an interview at their Onchan offices
Competency based interview with a lot of "tell us about a time" type questions about relationship building, conflict management, juggling multiple priorities etc
Atmosphere was tense and hostile, the open plan office I walked through to get to my interview was noisy, crowded and smelled bad(!!), and as I was passing I saw/heard a member of staff loudly berating another one, while people sat around them looked away in discomfort and the person being berated seemed on the verge of tears.
Came here and read the reviews, seems like Utmost International Isle of Man has quite the bullying problem.
Ultimately between the bad impression Utmost made during my visit/interview, and the low scores and recurring issues raised here, I decided to decline their offer.
