It is by far the best interview process that I've ever been part of. The felt that the interviewers and management team was truly getting to to know me and made sure that we are mutually a fit.

Question 1
Asked me about previous experience, my motivations to seek a job at Utility Connect. Discussed my career plan and vision.
Interview process was easy and fast the man was very nice he was able to answer all of my questions about pay and Work life balance as far as asked me the correct questions as to why I felt like I would be a good fit for the company. I think it’s gonna be a great process overall.
In terms of the interviews themselves it was pretty standard, one phone call, one zoom interview, and then an in person panel interview. My main problem with them is after all the time I put in I couldn’t get so much as a generic rejection email. I followed up 3 times and never once hearing back. Obviously they owe me nothing, it just came off to me as unprofessional.
