When I went in, there were 5 others waiting. Very quick and easy. They are looking for anyone, as long as you can pass a drug test and have a clean driving record, they will hire you.. HORRIBLE benefit options and can be fired in a heartbeat...

I had my Interview over video call about 20 min it's pretty straight forward if you are interested in this type of work. The person that interviewed me was someone who works in the Field not the office so I think that helps

Interview
Panel interview. VP., Operations VP, Supervisor, Supervisor in training. Pretty laid back interview. Not that difficult for someone that has worked in the utility industry for 27 years. I had basic knowledge of the type of work they needed done. I can identify power distribution. Telco Distribution, Gas, Cable etc.
