I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at UserWise (San Jose, CA)
Interview
it was smooth, they ask some technical questions and ask to perform usability analysis after the interview. it is not difficult as long as you know the basics and it is important to know some standard HF rules
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
they ask what is the challenge I faced before during conducting user research
I applied online. I interviewed at UserWise in Mar 2021
Interview
I was contacted for a screening call, during which I answered basic questions about my qualifications and why I was interested in the job. The company then has a pipeline for the rest of the interview that includes a "sample project" based on a real-life product the company has worked on previously and a 4-hour-long remote interview. I personally had to stop the process after the screening call.
