Filled out form expressing interest, no formal interview, just confirmation that a FB page is active. Not easy/hard, it just depends on who's ad you are following up on. Management will review and activate access.
Super simple just a short phone interview asking if you are active on Facebook, know how to use marketplace, etc. Everyone gets hired in on the spot, no issues at all.

Interview
Interested candidates either apply through the company website or are recruited and will apply through their sales agents (recruiters) referral link. When candidates apply, they are brought to the "Sales Assistants Application Form", where it gives the prompt to apply with Facebook; candidates are required to have a Facebook account as we sell on the social media networks Marketplace. Once you click apply with Facebook, there candidates are asked for their name, phone number and email address, once that information is submitted, one of our sales managers will contact the candidate to conduct a phone interview. Depending on the phone interview and background the sales manager will determine if they will be taking the next steps and onboarding with the company.
