4 interview rounds: 1: Phone screening with the recruiter. 2: Interview with the potential supervisor. 3: Panel interview with potential co-workers across cross-functional teams. 4: Interview with Director. The position was eliminated mid-interview process due to a 20% layoff of their workforce.

Very standard questions about what makes me a good fit for the role and if I've worked with cross-functional teams. Very common questions, pretty much no technical questions.

There were the testing only. I had the opportunity to ask questions if I have during the proccess. All questions were about Azure. Also there were some description/tutoring before testing.

Interview had place many years ago and it was nice!
First round - meeting with HR
Second round - meeting with Manager.
Third round - meeting with Director
Fourth round - meeting with VP.
All of the mentioned people were nice and polite, questions were about real life situations and how I handle them.
